This program is designed specifically for women 35 and over — including beginners, women returning from injuries, and anyone who needs a trainer who truly understands the realities of an adult body. Every session is customized to your strength level, mobility needs, and comfort.

Gyms Sessions can be done 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursdays
