My name is Michelle Sherisse, and before 2010, I lived a quiet distance away from my own body.
If you’ve ever signed up for a gym with good intentions and never gone… I understand. In 2009, I joined Spa Lady, tucked the membership card away, and waited for motivation to magically appear. It didn’t.
Then one ordinary day in July 2010, something changed.
I walked into the gym and stepped onto the elliptical. There was no dramatic moment—no lightning bolt, no sudden confidence. I simply moved. I sweat. And somehow, that small act cracked open a door I didn’t even know I was standing behind. I went back two days later. Then again the following week. Not because I had a perfect plan, but because something inside me had quietly woken up.
Shortly after, I hired a personal trainer.
August 8, 2010 changed my life.
I didn’t start a diet. I didn’t cut carbs. I didn’t live on protein shakes or follow strict rules. Instead, I learned how to eat sensibly, move consistently, and live my life. I trained once a week, did cardio three times a week, and kept room for real food—including Tony Roma’s and weekly chocolate.
Over time, I lost 100 pounds.
By September 2013, I reached 129 pounds, but the real transformation wasn’t the number—it was my relationship with food, movement, and myself. There was no high-protein, low-carb rulebook. Just balance. Consistency. Sustainability.
That journey became the foundation of how I coach women today.
Since then, I’ve spent over a decade helping women navigate weight loss through real life—busy schedules, injuries, hormonal changes, emotional eating, and the pressure to “do it perfectly.” I’ve run four half-marathons, strength train regularly, and continue to evolve as both a coach and a woman.
The program I developed isn’t about restriction, punishment, or starting over every Monday. It is about simple home workouts, realistic nutrition advice, and learning how to lose weight in a way that actually lasts—without losing yourself in the process.
You don’t need perfection.
You don’t need extreme rules.
You just need a starting point.

My Nutrition Philosophy
I lost 100 pounds by keeping things simple — real, whole food and balance.
I believe in moderation, not restriction. No food is off-limits. You can enjoy the foods you love and still reach your goals — I call them my “fun foods” and I have them twice a week.
Every meal should include carbohydrates, proteins, and fats — because your body needs all three to thrive. My approach focuses on real food, not supplements, and building healthy habits that last.
Nutrition shouldn’t feel complicated — it should feel doable. My goal is to help you eat well, feel strong, and find freedom in food again.
