My Story — From Transformation to Empowerment

 

Hi, I’m Michelle, founder of MSP Fitness & Nutrition (2019) — Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist based in West Edmonton.

 

My journey started long before I became a coach. Years ago, I weighed 232 pounds in 2010 and struggled to find a healthy balance. Through dedication, education, and consistency to my personal trainer at Spalady, I lost  100 pounds and completely transformed my body and mindset. That experience changed my life — and inspired my career.

 

In 2011, I earned my Canfitpro Personal Training Certification and began working at Spa Lady and then YMCA, where I trained and supported women from all walks of life. After years of hands-on experience, I wanted to create something more personal — a place where women could feel comfortable, understood, and empowered.

 

In 2019, I launched MSP Fitness & Nutrition — a private, supportive training environment for women 30+ that combines realistic fitness programs with compassionate coaching.

 

I later expanded my expertise, completing my Nutrition Diploma in 2025, so I could help women achieve lasting results through both movement and mindful eating.

 

Now I am looking to help women reach their nutrition and weight loss goals through my nutrition practice.
